Class Information

Liturgy:  We have liturgy almost every Monday afternoon, parents are welcome to join us anytime.

Allergy Awareness:  We have some students with severe allergies.  Please do not send in food "treats" for the class.

Phys Ed: Please send in a pair of shoes suitable for gym class and indoor use to be left at school.  We have physical education Monday and Friday.

Library: We have library book exchange on Thursdays.

Parents: We will have various share fairs throughout the year to share our learning.  Watch REMIND for invitations and details.

We would love it if you could share a talent with us - let us know if there is some way that we can learn from you!

Volunteers: We are in need of a few volunteers - to help with fundraising bingo (no selling) and to help with knitting and parish connections clubs.  Please contact one of the teachers or the office if you are able to help.

 NEW INFO:

Donations: We would appreciate any donation of knitting needles (used is ok!!) or balls of yarn for our school knitting club.  We are hoping to become good enough to knit a blanket! (eventually!)

Genius Hour

Genius Hour By: Sean Genius hour is when you pick a topic that can be anything that you are passionate about and you do a project on it. I am doing it on Leonard Fournette and on every Friday you get an hour to work on it.  You brainstorm questions and you can put it on a doc, slides, poster, bristol board, book, or whatever you can think of. If you are a teacher then you should do genius hour with your class - they would like it.

Drama

Drama  Circle In our class we have this thing where we get a card and we act out what’s on the card. It’s really funny because if someone messes up, it doesn't matter because everybody makes mistakes when we do drama circle.   I played the role of the person who gets the invitation to the circus and Adrian played the role of the ring master.
